Trampling

Trampling is a great practice even if it is not super popular. I enjoy it because it requires a lot of trust from both parties, and I like the feeling of being trusted and being in control.

So what is trampling?

Trampling is a BDSM activity in which a submissive enjoys having a domme walk over their body, or even jump on it, either barefooted, in socks, boots, or shoes. Subs enjoy the combination of pain and humiliation being used as a human rug.

The biggest misconception about trampling is that skinny people do not enjoy that type of kink. It’s not true. If someone has been practicing trampling regularly long enough, like several years, their body becomes more tolerant to pressure and pain. I jumped on very skinny subs!

Yet people have to be very careful to practice trampling. The one doing the trampling needs a rail, bar, or a chair, both for balance and to take some of the weight. Body parts like the stomach, hips, tailbone, spine, kidney, or any joints must not be stepped upon.
My weight is 115-120 lb, so I can do some hops and even jumps on experienced subs. I don’t do trampling in stilettos, but with block heels that are not sharp, I sure do.

I have to tell you, it feels amazing to use a human body as a rug. Barefoot trampling is my favorite. I also like to mix it with foot fetish, nylon, and smelly feet kink.

Are you a fan of trampling?
